Katie is so passionate about cooking plant strong meals that actually taste good and make you enjoy what you’re eating. She exudes excitement and energy that is motivating, she is so forthcoming with ideas and recipes, nothing is complicated and she does a good job of explaining various techniques and methods so you understand the reasoning behind it, she’s funny and quick witted and best of all she loves sharing it. I’ve made the recipes that she showed us several times and a lot of my friends have mentioned they have as well. What a great experience! Can’t wait to have her come back.”
